DMCA and Takedown Policy

We respond to notices about codes that point at infringing material. Because we store a pointer rather than the media itself, the remedy available to us is pausing the code — the source stays under its operator’s control.

1.What to send

A valid notice identifies the six-digit code, the URLs cited, the work you own, your contact details, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or an authorised agent. The form on this site collects all of it.

2.Our timeline

We acknowledge within 24 hours, review within three business days, and may pause the code while reviewing. Every ticket carries an SLA timer that our support team works against.

3.Notifying the owner

The provider who owns the code is told which code was reported and what was cited, and is given the chance to respond before a decision is recorded.

4.Counter-notice

A provider who believes a code was paused in error may file a counter-notice with their contact details and a statement of good faith. We reinstate the code unless the claimant begins legal action within ten business days.

5.Repeat infringers

Accounts that accumulate confirmed notices are suspended. We keep a record of every notice, decision and reason in the audit log.
